Three core initiative tracks

Track 01

Technical digital training

Open labs offer foundational computing courses, office software literacy, and device diagnostic clinics. Participants receive take-home refurbished hardware alongside structured guidance on resume creation and digital workplace tools.

Track 02

Youth career mentoring

Weekly evening cohorts pair high school and post-secondary participants with working professionals across trades, design, and local services. Sessions prioritize mock interviews, trade portfolio assembly, and direct introductions to certified regional apprenticeships.

Track 03

Newcomer settlement pathways

Civic orientation groups and language exchange circles operate alongside peer-led navigation of municipal services. We provide direct micro-grants for transit passes, credential translation, and specialized licensing exam costs without bureaucratic delay.
